HYME is based on sustainable development, actively promote and strengthen the environmental protection and occupational health and safety consciousness of all staff, on the basis of comply with relevant environment and occupational health and safety laws insisting on saving energy and reducing consumption, reducing the generation of waste, doing people-oriented, prevention first, focusing on customers’ requirements at the same time，and work closely with relevant government agencies to prevent pollution, eliminate hidden dangers, improve working and living environment and guarantee company and the employee's health and safety.

Social Responsibility Policy:
Our company fully implements and adheres to the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Code of Conduct, strictly complies with applicable national and regional laws and regulations, safeguards employees' legitimate rights and interests, provides safe and healthy working conditions, prioritizes environmental protection, upholds business ethics, and opposes any form of forced labor, child labor, discrimination, bribery, and unethical practices.

Conflict-Free Minerals Policy:
To ensure that the metals such as Gold, Tin contained in the products provided by HYME (hereinafter referred to as "conflict metals") are not mined or illegally extracted from mines controlled by armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries. 

We hereby make the following commitments:
1.We will not purchase conflict metals originating from conflict-affected areas.
2.We require suppliers not to purchase/use conflict metals from conflict-affected areas and to provide a letter of commitment.
3.We require suppliers to promptly communicate the requirements of our company and customers regarding conflict metals to their upstream suppliers.
