On November 18th, HuaYi Microelectronics presented its latest semiconductor power device products and technologies at the annual Power Network (Asia) Engineer Technology Summit held by Power Network in Shenzhen, China. The event was designed to promote the upgrading of the electronics industry and the development of new energy storage green low-carbon transformation, as China's semiconductor power device leader, Huayi Microelectronics power devices in the innovation to promote industrial low-carbon and intelligent play a very important role.
At the conference, HuaYi Microelectronics gathered with many famous experts from upstream and downstream industry chain, professors from famous universities and technical talents to discuss and exchange the industry trends, technical innovation cooperation and the latest products and solutions in different fields under the accelerated development stage of the power supply industry, such as automotive electronics, consumer electronics, advanced energy storage and so on.
Huayi Microelectronics chief application technology expert Zhong Rensheng was invited to attend the forum and delivered a keynote speech on "the application of low-voltage and high-current MOSFETs in lithium battery protection", which explained in detail the MOS tube in the six lithium battery protection, the BMS power tubes of the equalization of the current design, the BMS requirements for the device and the selection of the type and so on.
In the booth, HuaYi Microelectronics focused on the latest high-performance, high-reliability, high-consistency and cost-effective power device products and power supply solutions applied in the field of automotive electronics, portable energy storage, white goods and consumer electronics.
